30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from DC24 Daily Care. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

· Unused, unopened, and in their original condition

· In the original packaging, with any labels or seals intact

· Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at mail@dc24hours.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please don’t send items back before receiving return authorization.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was damaged or defective when delivered. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery at mail@dc24hours.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
